Muy caro para el pésimo servicio que ofrecen. No es digno representante de BMW The worst of the worse! Never answer the phone, zero tracking and very late. I had to go round several times because nobody calls you and they don't answer. Very expensive for the lousy service they offer. Not worthy BMW representative
E	Edmundo De La Garza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente calidad en pintura (Glasurit) como en las cabinas que usan y el personal que trabaja las piezas. Inicialmente lleve mi auto BMW con un taller de "detallado" en el cual la calidad del trabajo de pintura fue pésima después de darles 3 semanas para hacer un buen trabajo y por si fuera poco me entregaron el auto con 2 puertas golpeadas y rayadas. Si tienes un BMW y ocupas trabajo de ojalareria y pintura te recomiendo llevarlo con este bodyshop y no con los talleres de moda. Excellent quality in paint (Glasurit) as in the booths they use and the staff that works the pieces. Initially I took my BMW car with a "detailed" workshop in which the quality of the paint job was very bad after giving them 3 weeks to do a good job and as if that were not enough, they gave me the car with 2 doors banged and scratched. If you have a BMW and take care of eyelet and paint work, I recommend you take it with this bodyshop and not with fashion workshops.

Lo rescatable es la calidad del trabajo, muy bien hecho (hojalateria y pintura) y el uso de partes nuevas para reemplazar las dañadas. Commitment dates are not met, you have to be constantly talking to follow up on your car. What is salvageable is the quality of the work, very well done (tin and paint) and the use of new parts to replace the damaged ones.

Lleve mi auto a una valuación y 2 meses les marqué para ver el avance y se les había traspapelado el expediente, por lo que tuve que empezar de nuevo el proceso. Al momento de la entrega lo dejaron incompleto, se declararon incompetentes para realizar el trabajo y la aseguradora me tuvo que mandar a otro body shop, donde encontraron que la reparación había sido mala realizada.
