Siempre se ha hablado mal del servicio de esta agencia. En particular los míos siempre le dieron servicio en Lerma. Hoy q estoy de base en cancun… es lo peor en servicio, agendas, respuestas… es para pensarse de verdad si aquí con. Este tipo de servicio y agencia comprar autos bmw… por muy amables q sean no resuelven nada.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FOR ANYTHING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THEY BROKE MY BMW TWICE. TWICE. FIRST THE LOCKS ON THE DOORS. THEN THE ENGINE. THEN THEY MADE ME PAY THEM TO GET THE CAR BACK. ALSO THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR 3 WEEKS AND DID NOTHING WITH MY CAR. WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T REALIZE THAT I WANTED THEM TO FIX THE CAR! THEN THEY BROKE IT AGAIN. THIS IS THE STUPIDEST COLLECTION OF "MECHANICS" I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. THESE ARE DEEPLY CORRUPT PEOPLE WHO NEED TO HAVE THEIR LICENSE TO WORK ON BMW'S REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO THERE.

Can I just say this is the worst BMW dealership I have EVER encountered. The first time we took our X3 there they insisted after the fact that we pay in cash. We had to run all over town to find ATM's to get the amount needed. When finally we gave up and told them no more, they took the credit card after all. They said we needed a part which they were supposed to order but after 10 calls to them with no results we brought the part from the states. Then on our way from the sirport in Cancun one day we stopped in for just some oil. The had one can and swore they would mail us the other to Cozumel, where we live. They charged us for the oil + shipping but never sent the oil. After 4 months we already bought more oil elsewhere. We attempted to take the original can back on our way to the Cancun airport and get a refund for both plus shipping and they refused to take it back. We had to leave it there because we couldn't take it on the airplane. On our way back we attempted again with no results. We contacted BMW N. America, who put us in touch with BMW Mexico and after a year of trying to get our money back for both cans of oil at a whopping. $60 each plus the shipping which never occurred, we are S**T out of luck. We then went to Profeco, the consumer help service and they said after a year we could not make a claim. I had threatened to go there so I feel sure this place strung us along until the time was us and then stopped communication. They are incompetent liars and thieves so beware is all I can say. I would like to purchase another BMW but not ever will I go back there!!!!
