★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Thursday we rang ro make an appointment to repair a cylinder of a BMW 325 CI cabrio. They needed to talk to the repar shop (taller). Now Saturday evening and no reply. No message at all. Hope Monday they will.call. If not, Will Go to another dealer and forget forever the slp one. Sad.
Now Tuesday and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sept 30, 2020, I gave this dealership 20,000 pesos on my credit card to hold a vehicle for me. My company and I consequently purchased this vehicle and paid the full price via bank wire transfer. As of October 23, 2020, they have not refunded my initial 20,000 pesos deposit. I have visited this dealership over 3 times in the past 3 weeks requesting that they refund me this money as it was not applied toward the payment of the vehicle. They keep giving me excuses on a weekly basis and they are not refunding me my money. The General Manager, Antonio Negrete, will not call or contact me and is not helping to refund my money. If this issue is not resolved by October 30, 2020, I will have no other option but to call the local Police Department to report a theft. They have stolen this 20,000 pesos deposit from me and have refused to provide me with a full refund.
