2019: Taller muy bien. Lo demás ha decaído mucho en atención. Se ve desolada la agencia.
2022: cambio de gerencia, excelente atención, servicio de lujo. Precios en accesorios: poco más caros respecto de otras agencias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de meses acudí a que me realizaran el servicio que marcaba la moto, el día de hoy acudo a un taller por una fuga de aceite y me envían estas evidencias del mal servicio realizado a la moto, hago el reclamo y me comentan que ellos me comentaron que requería balatas y cambio de cadena pero no tiene nada que ver con las piezas que evidentemente no se atendieron
A couple of months ago I went to have the service that marked the motorcycle performed, today I go to a workshop for an oil leak and they send me these evidences of the bad service performed on the motorcycle, I make a claim and they tell me that They told me that it required brake pads and chain change but it has nothing to do with the parts that were obviously not attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super la atención que nos brindó Carlos Álvarez, solo le mostré que aunque vengo del exterior tengo mi R9T y solo buscaba unas camisetas con logo, se portó super y nos atendió a mi y a mi hermano de lo mejor, volveré de nuevo para buscar más cosas que necesite ahí con muchísimo gusto, sigan así y hasta pronto.
