★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy deficiente en servicio y taller. Peor que aprendices, muy cara su incompetencia. Te cambian piezas sin requerir. Buscar mejores opciones. Posiblemente el mecánico del barrio.
Very poor in service and workshop. Worse than apprentices, their incompetence is very expensive. They change parts without requiring. Find better options. Possibly the neighborhood mechanic.

Su personal es soberbio y displicente, se toman atribuciones que no les corresponden como jinetear de 5 a 10 días los apartados que la gente da por alguna unidad de su interés. Esto último lo hacen en su lote de seminuevos en represalia si no les compras el vehículo en el precio que ellos marcan; ellos no estan dispuestos a recibir ofrecimientos por sus vehículos se idignan a tal grado que te retienen tu apartado solo por sus hue.....
Tienen mala atención telefónica en 9 intentos que hice no contestaban en ninguna de las opciones que daba el conmutador ni si quiera en ventas!!! Que se supone que son los primeros que deben tomar la llamada, digo si quieren vender.
En fin mejor lleven su dinero a otro lado y compren su vehículo con otro grupo que si le de la importancia y atención a cualquier persona que los vió como opción.
Never go shopping with this group. His staff is arrogant and disrespectful, they take on assignments that do not correspond to them, such as jockeying for 5 to 10 days the sections that people give for a unit of their interest. They do the latter in their pre-owned lot in retaliation if you don't buy the vehicle from them at the price they set; They are not willing to receive offers for their vehicles, they are so angry that they retain your section only because of their bones.....
They have poor telephone service in 9 attempts that I made they did not answer in any of the options that the switchboard gave, not even in sales! That they are supposed to be the first to take the call, I say if they want to sell.
In the end, better take your money elsewhere and buy your vehicle with another group than if you give importance and attention to anyone who saw them as an option.
