★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is either a sham or something BMW in germany should really be aware of. brought in our X5 with damaged axle. this was in August. No loaner; no timeline. every time I called, it was another 2 weeks.. in late September I forced them to give me a loaner- at which point they promised the car would be ready in a week. three weeks later, I picked up a car that had the :
steering fluid MISSING
the motor casing was ripped with nails missing
motor mount cracked - either still or again
camera damaged
inside console broken
arm holder melted
There is NO REASON to bring your car here EVER FOR ANY REASON EVER
