★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un reclamo de garantía, pidieron las piezas de remplazo, y tras cuatro meses de excusas justificando el retraso de las piezas, se venció la garantía de mi vehiculo. Cuando al fin llegaron las piezas se negaron a instalármelas porque la garantía ya se había vencido. Excelentes carros, pésima agencia.
I made a warranty claim, requested the replacement pieces, and after four months of excuses justifying the delay of the pieces, the guarantee of my vehicle was overcome. When at last the pieces reached, they refused to settle them because the guarantee had already beaten. Excellent cars, terrible agency.
