Llegué a ventas Motorrad preguntando por personal de refacciones para recoger unas piezas ya que no conozco el concesionario y nunca habia estado ahí y la respuesta de uno de los vendedores fue "si buscas al alguien de refacciones pregunta en refacciones, aquí es ventas" no tuvo la atención de decirme por lo menos donde estaba refacciones, mejor le pregunté al vigilante el si me dió la atención. BAD ATTENTION!! I came to Motorrad sales asking for spare parts personnel to pick up some parts since I don't know the dealer and had never been there and the answer from one of the salesmen was "if you are looking for someone from spare parts ask about spare parts, here is sales" he did not have The attention to tell me at least where the spare parts were, better I asked the guard if he gave me the attention.

No hay quien me brinde servicio y estaba interesado por comprar una unidad. Mejor me voy a otra agencia. Trying to communicate, it's already been 4 times that the operator hangs up on me. The brand is good, however the service has deteriorated a lot, from the start they hang up on you for not taking the call and I also don't think it's correct that an oil change takes two days.
