Pero no es posible que cada vez que les llevo mi moto salgan con cosas: golpesitos a mi moto, el q tira aceite o liquido de frenos, que se calienta, q me desconectan la alarma y me la bloquean, q me hagan esperar 4 hrs del servicio para q al final no poderme llevar la moto y se justifican q no son ellos, q el servicio de taller no es. No pagas 100 pesos por servicio, es una lana, que cuesta y no dejan bien las cosas. Hasta uno debe resolver sus incopetencias. No quiero poner nombre, en fin. El anterior gerente si se tomaba el tiempo para hablarme y darme la atención.

But it is not possible that every time I take my motorcycle to them they come out with things: taps on my motorcycle, the one that leaks oil or brake fluid, that gets hot, that they disconnect the alarm and block it, that they make me wait 4 hours of the service so that in the end I cannot take the motorcycle and they justify that it is not them, that the workshop service is not. You don't pay 100 pesos for service, it's a wool, it costs and they don't leave things right. Even one must resolve their incompetencies. I don't want to put a name, anyway. The previous manager did take the time to talk to me and give me attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Fui a llevar a mi coche a servicio. Para empezar la señorita que me atendió no es muy amable que digamos. Cuando fui a recoger mi vehículo, aparte de que la asesora no es muy amable fui a pagar mi servicio y la señorita de la caja tardó muchísimo tiempo en atendernos porque estaba contando dinero de la agencia. Eso lo puede hacer cuando no haya clientes. Les valió totalmente y no nos atendieron hasta que acabo con su otra actividad. No conforme con eso no me dió mi baucher de pago. Simplemente no lo hizo. Para acabar después del suplicio de estar esperando por largo tiempo no me entregaron mi vehículo porque quien me atendía fue a entregar otro vehículo. Pésimo. Parecía servicio de oficina de gobierno.
Appalling. I went to take my car in for service. To begin with, the lady who attended me is not very friendly to say the least. When I went to pick up my vehicle, apart from the fact that the advisor is not very friendly, I went to pay for my service and the lady at the register took a long time to attend to us because she was counting money from the agency. You can do that when there are no customers. It was totally worth it and they did not attend us until I finished with their other activity. Not satisfied with that, he did not give me my payment voucher. It just didn't. Finally, after the ordeal of waiting for a long time, they did not give me my vehicle because the person who attended me went to deliver another vehicle. Appalling. It looked like government office service.
