Pague de más por el auto y la agencia no respondió en nada por su vendedora que a simple vista se ve que los apoyan. Muy mala la agencia no dan ningún seguimiento a sus clientes.

Total indifference to valid verified customer complaints. Better to use an independent BMW mechanic and buy parts from the USA. VECSA Veracruz is not worth going to.
