★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue muy buena con ellos. En mi opinión, ofrecen buena atención y servicio al cliente. Fueron transparentes y honestos con el tema de los precios. Me asesoraron, me explicaron con información técnica, respondieron todas mis preguntas, me mostraron el trabajo que hicieron y en todo momento me mantuvieron informado. Todo lo que una agencia BMW jamás ha hecho en los años que he sido su cliente. Suerte? No creo. El buen trabajo no es cuestión de suerte.
Finalmente, algo que si aprecie mucho es que en ningún momento se refirieron a mi auto con desdén por ser viejo. Algo que a algunos empleados de las agencias les encanta restregar
en mi cara cada que los visito.
My experience was very good with them. In my opinion, they offer good service and customer service. They were transparent and honest with the issue of prices. They advised me, explained me with technical information, answered all my questions, showed me the work they did and kept me informed at all times. Everything that a BMW agency has never done in the years that I have been your client. Luck? I don `t believe. Good work is not a matter of luck.
Finally, something that I appreciate a lot is that at no time did they refer to my car with disdain for being old. Something that some agency employees love to scrub
in my face every time I visit them.

VERY GOOD DEAL, THEY HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE, THEY REMOVE ALL DOUBTS ABOUT WHAT ONE DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT YOUR CAR, SINCE THERE ARE PARTS THAT ONE DOES NOT KNOW THE SPECIFICATIONS AND THE ENGINEER GIVES US DATA ON THE PARTS TO BE ACQUIRED.
