Muy buen servicio, la atención es muy buena, solo mejoraría el ambiente laboral, por que entre las chicas traen sus chismes y uno se entera de todo. No es muy bonito relajarse con chismes ajenos. ?

They accomodated me and I loved my nails, the tech was nice and gave me good design ideas

My mom, sister, and I scheduled an appointment two days prior to have 2 fill-ins and one full set. We were seated, after 35 minutes of waiting, during which time other customers came in and were tended to immediately, when questioned the excuse given to us was because they had appointments... EXCUSE US?!?! slowly one at a time we were taken care of. first my sister with the full set was taken care of, 7 minutes after my mom, and finally 10 minutes after my mom it was my turn. The entire time the ladies would comment to my nail tech, “you have your work cut out”, “you better have patience”. To add insult to the already terrible service my nail tech stated verbatim, “they always leave the difficult ones to me this is the last time I make a design like this” followed by “allow me to take a picture” when she was done. The nail paint was clumpy, and he design GREATLY disproportionately applied, the edges look messy and the natural nails were never addressed; poor quality is the kindest way to put it. Don’t let the pictures posted by the salon fool you. This is a WASTE OF $1000.00 MXN. YES $1000.00 pesos for the worst service and work!!!!! Pictures posted of the trashy work done during my visit.

Service is great but they use cheap nail polish so they only lasted a couple of days.
