Solo recomiendo tener cuidado al contratar la pensión, verbalmente no te dan detalle de las condiciones para la devolución del depósito contenido en las letras pequeñas del contrato. Lean bien y planeén con tiempo la cancelación si es posible. Mi empresa me otorgó un tarjetón y aun hay que pagar porque la cancelación o aviso debes hacerlo un mes antes para que no te cobren y devuelvan el depósito.
The drivers are very friendly and professional. I only recommend to be careful when contracting the pension, verbally they do not give you details of the conditions for the return of the deposit contained in the small letters of the contract. El reporte se levantó en el área de Siniestros, lo atendió el Sr. José Regalado, me pidieron disculpas y me ofrecieron reembolso del costo de un tag nuevo más de lo comprobable de saldo que me afectaron. Todo quedó en palabras, no me han reembolsado y ahora ni me contestan. Pésimo que admitan que sus colaboradores roban y más que los encubran.
