★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service with the laundry. Horrible service in the bar. First they simply forgot my order and next I had to kindly ask them if they would PLEASE at least answer me when I asked if they were going to serve it. Then served without a word. I think I’m relatively politely, In 5 years Tulum has turned to this. People working just for money who don’t care about what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use the laundry service. Use the self service. We choose this place based on the good reviews. We brought our clothes here to be washed and we were told it would be ready the next day.
When we came back the next day we were given the wrong clothes which did have our name. It took a lot of time to dig through their pile of laundry to find our clothes. We didn't get any apology or anything. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice finding a self service laundry spot in Mexico. I’m not a fan of using laundry services where they do my laundry and my clothes is either lost or damaged. I felt it was reasonably priced and it includes detergent, fabric softener in the price they quote you per weight.
They also have food and drinks available to order while you wait for your laundry.

It’s priced by the weight. My friend and I paid $120 pesos ($6-7Dollar) for 7-8KG.
You get a free beverage (fresh juice or coffee) as you wait for your clothes. The owner is super nice and is willing to help with anything you need. A gem of a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve done a lot of laundry in my lifetime and this was the most positive and memorable experience I’ve had at a laundromat. The open air setting equipped with tables/seating, hammocks, plus a cheap-and-cheerful snack bar make cleaning your clothes an enjoyable chore. The machines are relatively new (commercial grade, front-loading), self-service is inexpensive (charged by weight), and the nominal fee includes your wash, soap, softener, and 30 mins of dry time. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the snacks are tasty too! Will be returning.

As with everywhere I go, this place is exceptionally dog friendly!
The concept of Bo is simple, get your laundry don't and have some food and drinks while you wait. The mezcal is surprisingly high quality, and there shots are very very generous.
It's random as to whether the place is packed or empty. I haven't noticed and particular pattern, when the place is packed you can expect to spend like 2 hours there. 1 hour wait and another hour for your wash and dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique laundromat, where you can do it yourself and hang out and have some coffee, beers, and/or food in their outdoor patio / dining area or have them do it for you and you can come back later to pick it up. It was MX$120 for them to do 4 kilos of laundry for us to pick up later, about 2-3 hours. Decided to hang out for a little bit with coffee and in their comfortable, inviting hammocks.
