They time the brewing of the tea so it turns out right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was exceptional, and the boba was good. I tried three of the teas and somehow they didn't quite hit the mark of what I'm used to from bubble tea in other countries. Still, it was a very nice environment to sit and relax.
