★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, puro chavito irresponsable q sólo están hechando relajo y bailando en vez de atender al cliente y hacer su trabajo. Pedí dos bebidas y no sabían a nada no me las quisieron cambiar. No me dieron ninguna información de algún teléfono de atención al cliente en fin. Triste q buenas compañías y franquicias queden tan mal solo por el mal servicio de sus empleados ?
Very bad service, pure irresponsible chavito that they are just making themselves relaxed and dancing instead of attending to the client and doing their job. I ordered two drinks and they did not know anything, they did not want to change them. They did not give me any information from a customer service phone anyway. Sad that good companies and franchises are so bad only for the bad service of their employees ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo. Pareciera que contratan a puro puberto lerdo, que no atienden ni nada solo están ahí, el proceso es lento y en consecuencia tambien la fila se vuelve innecesariamente larga. Para colmo el ultimo dia que fuí, no me aceptaron la tarjeta y solo lo dicen así quitados de la pena, ni una disculpa ni nada.
Very bad. It seems that they hire a dull puberto, that they do not attend or anything, they are just there, the process is slow and consequently the line also becomes unnecessarily long. To make matters worse the last day that I was, they did not accept the card and they only say it thus removed from the penalty, not an apology or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad hace algún tiempo las bebidas las preparaban muy bien, pero recientemente ya no saben a nada, ni siquiera le ponen los ingredientes suficientes, saben a pura agua y estoy muy molesta porque están demasiadas caras, me gustaba pedir de pura Nutella y por pedirla así también te dan una miseria de sabor, sólo porque no aceptas que tenga helado de vainilla o chocolate! Pésimo servicio!
