★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal trato recibimos mi novio y yo del señor pepe dueño de este negocio, parecía molesto al momento de que reservamos nuestro vuelo a los Ángeles y nos trato de forma seria e indiferente, y para colmo nos reservo en la parte equivocada del avión, y ademas cuando llegamos a nuestro hotel se equivoco en nuestra reservacion ya que nos dio una habitación que no correspondía a lo que le pedimos, que falta de profesionalismo, 0 % recomendado, no saben trabajar en esa agencia de viajes.
What a bad treatment my boyfriend and I received from Mr. Pepe, owner of this business, he seemed annoyed when we booked our flight to Los Angeles and he treated us seriously and indifferently, and to top it off, he booked us in the wrong part of the plane, and also when we arrived at our hotel he was wrong in our reservation since he gave us a room that did not correspond to what we asked for, lack of professionalism, 0% recommended, they do not know how to work in that travel agency.
