We love Marcela and Silvia with Bodas Huatulco. Our wedding was everything we could have asked for and more. They are both so kind and worked so hard to fulfill all of our wishes, and even threw in some surprises which was lovely. They will not disappoint! I highly recommend them. Best wedding planning company! I couldnt be happier with my choice, I will not stop telling everyone that Silvia and Marce saw my vision and made it a reality! We both felt so special on our day and it was not only beautiful but magical. Communication was amazing, everything happened through zoom and we were able to go to Huatulco and meet them in person, both of them are very patient and let you feel comfortable and give you all the time you need to make sure your day is perfect. The most important part to us was honesty and every time we talked to them about stuff we wanted, covid stuff, hotel stuff, prices they were extremely clear and honest! The whole family stayed at Hotel Las Brisas and woah everyone loved it, food was amazing, drinks, weather, everyone was just soooo happy! Anything we needed they had it done and ready for us, our day was truly a dream come true. My wedding nails that I had done days before traveling to Huatulco were a disaster and Marce was able to move stuff around, find someone to fix my nails 3 days before the big day, I mean that was just the sweetest and the best of the best! During the ceremony the mic stopped working BUT our voices were loud enough for everyone to hear us and it didnt matter to us as we were able to hear each other! No guest complained about it, everyone loved the whole wedding day, location, the food was amazing, the live music, DJ, the after party tacos, the set up, the service and of course our amazing planners and their team! My now husband and I are so blessed we found Bodas Huatulco, the whole family was SO impressed with everything to the point that they want someone from the family to have a wedding in Huatulco soon hahaha, we both love Marce and Silvia and we cant wait to visit Huatulco again and visit them! Marcela and Silvia did an awesome job! They showed the maximum level of flexibility specially during very challenging times of different / changing COVID measurements during the pandemic. We enjoyed our day and felt in save hands with Bodas Huatulco! Also they gave us the option of many different vendors and ideas to make our special day very special! We had the TIME of OUR LIVES for our wedding in Huatulco, Oaxaca! Silvia and Marce are incredible. Our wedding EXCEEDED our expectations! I cannot recommend them enough. We were their first authentically Jewish wedding! Jewish Mexican Wedding! We did the signing of the Ketubah and flew in our own Rabbi from Los Angeles. Our venue was Las Palmas and we had our dinner rehearsal and wedding coordinated by Bodas Huatulco. We met Silvia and Marce in person for the first time 5 months prior to our wedding. On the first meeting, they took us to try the food by their recommended Chef Santillana at Ocean Restaurant. It was amazing!! Everyone loved his food! We also went to the venue and Marce helped envision the setting of the reception & ceremony. Marce and Silvia can do everything via Zoom but I am a bit extra when it comes to the details and wanted to know the area prior to the wedding. That is the best tip, going in person, trying the restaurants, the tours, seeing the sights because when you are getting married-you have a lot of people vying for your attention so enjoy the place before that if you can! Marce and Silvia ran everything like clock work. I got my hair and make-up done almost everyday by their professional recommendations. There was no way me and my husband could've enjoyed without the help of Bodas Huatulco. No way! And they had surprises for us, great surprises like the DJ bringing a live music group, lit up fashion pieces for people to wear. Everyone said it was the best wedding they had been to. THE BEST! Food-THE BEST. Drinks-Non-stop! Midnight Snack- Tlayudas- "Mexican pizza" (so glad we didn't choose tacos-we can get tacos in LA)! Somebody got a box of Cubans and the guys did a cuban cigar dance! We danced our hearts out until 2 am! We paid an extra hour to keep the party going cause it was going and that was totally cool with Bodas Huatulco. Then we did an after party until 4am lol! I would recommend Bodas Huatulco not just for weddings, but family reunions-etc. Then before they left, they had all the extra cake, wine, and wedding trinkets bagged and stored for us. We will cherish Marce and Silvia forever. Top knotch professionals!

I would recommend Bodas Huatulco Wedding to everyone! Marcela and Silvia helped make our dream wedding a reality. They both made the process fun, simple for us, and really enjoyable. As a couple from Chicago, we had never been to Huatulco prior to planning our wedding. We ended up being able to arrange a trip ~3 months before the wedding and Marce greeted us, arranged hair/make up trials and arranged the food tasting while we were in town. Her and Silvia went above and beyond throughout the past several months to make our wedding experience perfect. Our wedding day was better than we could have ever imagined. Marce and Silvia were so professional and everything was truly perfect- from the decorations, to the food, and the flowers, it was breathtaking! They organized every detail and made it a stress free experience for my husband and I. They also helped us plan excursions throughout the week (since our group travelled in for the wedding) and helped us with so much beyond what we would have expected. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. You are truly wonderful at what you do and Michael and I both feel that our wedding day was the BEST day of our lives. We couldn't have had such a perfect day without you!
