F	Flores Cantos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí dos cristales el 27 de agosto para unas mesas, los entregaron y los dos venían con defectos de fabricación. Uno lo llevaron a arreglar porque los bordes estaban mal cortados y el tamaño no coincidía con la plantilla que entregamos, y el otro cristal supuestamente lo iban a volver a hacer. Nos dijeron que nos los entregaban en unos días, llegó la fecha y nada, nos dijeron que en una semana más, llego la fecha y nada, que al siguiente día, y nada…. Después de días nos llaman y nos dicen que perdieron la plantilla de una de las mesas (no entiendo porqué no nos informaron antes) y que por eso no han vuelto a hacer el cristal, envían a unas personas a que tomen las plantillas y nos dicen que ese mismo día harán el cristal y nos los entregarán… no los entregan y nos dicen que al siguiente día, nuevamente no los entregan y nos dicen que al siguiente día… y tampoco los entregan. Pido devolución del dinero y nos dicen que no se puede devolver el dinero, pero tampoco nos entregan los cristales… y la verdad no entiendo porqué, es una empresa grande y son solo dos cristales que ni siquiera llegan a los $1,800 pesos…. Además, durante todo este tiempo también es casi imposible que las vendedoras contesten, o siempre están ocupadas o simplemente no contestan y te dejan en la línea esperando… hoy es 29 de septiembre, ya pasó más de un mes y no nos entregan los cristales ni nos devuelven el dinero…. Y ya estoy dudando que nos vayan a dar solución o a devolver el dinero... I ordered two glasses on August 27 for some tables, they were delivered and both came with manufacturing defects. No constestan el teléfono mas de 15 minutos y solo te pasan a extensiones donde nadie contesta. Llamaba para ver el proceso, me comunicaban y nadie contestaba o decían que me regresaban la llamada (lo cual nunca sucedía); o decían que iban cierto día y llegaba el día y no iba nadie. Me reprogramaban la cita, llegaba la fecha y otra vez no iban. Me decían que el vendedor (Moisés Cortés) era el que daba seguimiento a mi orden, pero no contesta llamadas ni a su celular ni a su oficina. Mucha pérdida de tiempo. Escribo esto porque fue una experiencia realmente desagradable, no se la deseo a nadie. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE It took 2 months to measure and install a tempered glass for a door.
