Todo fue perfecto, incluso llegó antes de la fecha inicial que me calculaba la tienda donde compre. Que agradable experiencia con esta paquetería y personal. ?? PESIMO SERVICIO DE MENSAJERIA, CERO LOGISTICA, NO ACTUALIZAN INFORMACION, EXTRAVIAN PEDIDOS, NO SOLUCIONAN NADA. CADA QUE UN PROVEDOR ME ENVIA POR 99 MINUTOS HAY UNA ALTA PROBABILIDAD QUE NO LLEGUEN MIS PAQUETES. Utilicen este servicio bajo su propio riesgo. NO LA CONTRATEN NUNCA Se llevaron mi envio en mis narices porque les pedí entrar hasta mi casa! Era un carro viejo y feo y unas señoritas que no tienen ni idea de lo que es servicio al cliente ! Los de recolección van a la hora que les da su gana. No te esperan mas de 3 minutos. Creen que uno va a estar al pendiente todo el día a la hora que ellos quieran. Ya se dieron el lujo de subir sus precios a pesar que ni siquiera tienen sucursal ni buena atención al cliente. Para entregas si son de 1 a 2 días. Pero para recolecciónes es un gran problema! Nunca me dijeron cuáles eran mis funciones ni mucho menos cuándo comenzar y a qué hora, ¿o yo tenía que adivinarlo? Ah, pero para firmar contrato sí te hacen ir de inmediato y te hacen firmar pagarés de $150,000 "por si te robas algo". Muy malas prácticas, caen en la ilegalidad. Terrible place to work.
