Lo malo es que los carritos del supermercado están muy dañados y es un problema para trasladar las compras creo que sí ponen otro centro comercial como Walmart cambiaré de lugar para hacer mis comprás.

Le pongo 3 estrellas por dos razones.
- Los checadores de precios instalados para el público, son muy lentos, checas el precio de un producto y tienes que esperar aproximadamente 30 segundos para checar un segundo producto.
- Debido a la falta de personal, las filas son muy largas.
Así que si necesita comprar una cosa o dos, le recomiendo comprarlas en la tiendita de la esquina o en un minisuper, pero si lleva tiempo de sobra o solo venden el producto ahí pues ni modo. Le tocará esperar un buen rato.
- Hace falta una caja para las personas con capacidades especiales, ancianos y personas embarazadas.

I give it 3 stars for two reasons.
- The price checkers installed for the public are very slow, you check the price of one product and you have to wait approximately 30 seconds to check a second product.
- Due to lack of staff, lines are very long.
So if you need to buy a thing or two, I recommend buying them at the corner store or a mini-supermarket, but if it takes time or they only sell the product there, no way. You will have to wait a long time.
- A box is needed for people with special abilities, the elderly and pregnant people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien, gran variedad de productos, hay mucha distancia entre una Aurrerá y un Walmart. Para las necesidades básicas está bien, lo malo y por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es por las cajas, hay mucha fila y tiene muy pocas cajas en servicio de las muchas que tienen, lo que hace más lento el servicio.

For basic needs it's fine, the bad thing and why I don't give it 5 stars is because of the cashiers, there is a long queue and they have very few cashiers in service of the many they have, which slows down the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Últimamente está demasiado mal atendida y tarda uno demasiado haciendo fila para pagar ya que por lo regular solo hay dos cajeros atendiendo de diez cajas que existen, los anaqueles vacíos y la mercancía en las bodegas pero no hay quien la baje, y ni para preguntar al gerente ya que da muy mala atención y los empleados también ni se molestan en buscar lo que uno les solicita aunque marquen existencias, le piden a uno que regrese otro día. Les falta mucho personal

Si no, que caso tiene que tenga un montón de Cajas disponibles si no las abre... Y la gente apiñandoce en Colas enormes para poder salir. Luego empiezan los roces entre Clientes, Problemas y las Cajeras de mal humor... Se pasan Caray!! Y no hay Seguridad en el Estacionamiento... Me han abierto el coche y robado lo que traigo en el interior. No ayudan en nada los dueños de éstas tiendas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is horrible. You have to get your own shopping cart from the parking lot which is underground. Never has any cashiers. All the employees are on the floor. This is just like the Walmarts in the states.. a joke
