On the Cozumel Island I spend my vacation with my colleague. I travel to the island twice a year and always stay for a few months, so sometimes I visit your supermarket. Today, my colleague and I experienced an unpleasant situation. Your employee at the entrance to the supermarket refused to let me in. It happened around 1:30 PM (I suggest you check the camera recordings). As a reason, he said that two family members could not go to your supermarket. We explained to him that we were not a family, but colleagues. It didn't help. We were tired - very tired, we just left the fitness center, where we trained. The situation worsened and there was a verbal rift. Your employee was unusually arrogant towards us. His behavior was racist. He called us "Gringos." We live in the 21st century and it is not possible for your employee to engage in white racism in their job. We demand an immediate remedy. We ask for his punishment. Arrogance definitely does not belong in the supermarket-client relationship. Your employee told us that we pose a health risk to the supermarket. We often travel to different destinations around the world. Both my colleague and I have been vaccinated with Astra Zeneca. We are not spreading the Covid19 virus. It is absolutely misguided thinking that your employees consider us a health risk and hatefully refuse to let us into the supermarket. Of course, I understand that your supermarket has its anti-pandemic security measures. However, this does not mean that your employees can use racist methods to put them into practice. We are tourists, we are here for a longer vacation. We are vaccinated. What more can we do for the health safety of Bodega Aurrer's supermarket clients? We are examples of how responsible tourists should behave. Instead of recognition, we have been given arrogance and racism. Do you think that's okay?
