El estacionamiento del lugar el piso se encuentra en malas condiciones debido a que llegan diversos proveedores con sus unidades pesadas a descargar sus mercancías. Falta mucho orden y logística del lugar. Cumple en lo general para la compra de artículos varios precios promedio.
