★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es un pésimo servicio, tratan a la gente como si no les importará, no dan un trato digno como en otras sucursales, pero q se puede esperar de esa gente, si se ven que no están conformes con su trabajo por q hay días que tienen unas caras que para que les cuento, me gustaría que reforzarán un poco a sus trabajadores por q en vez de animarte a ir te alejan y luego ni ganas dan de ir, y pues uno con la intención de economizar más pues opta por ir a la sucursal por eso es mi razón que le doy 2 estrellas.
 The truth is a terrible service, they treat people as if they will not care, they do not give a decent treatment as in other branches, but what can be expected of these people, if they see that they are not satisfied with their work because there are days that they have faces that for what I tell you, I would like them to reinforce their workers a little because instead of encouraging you to go they move you away and then you don't even want to go, and then one with the intention of saving more because they choose to go to the branch for that is my reason that I give it 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi 8 años siendo cliente el día de hoy asistí a tienda y la persona de la entrada de manera grosera, prepotente y humillante me negó el acceso, sus argumentos que mi complexión física y mis características eran parecida a quien intentó robar en la mañana, ofrecí mi identificación, pedí hablar con la encargada de tienda y solo menciono pues yo no estuve en la mañana pero si mi compañera dijo que fuiste tu pues tú fuiste no puedes entrar, que momento tan desagradable!
Being a customer for almost 8 years today I went to the store and the person at the entrance in a rude, arrogant and humiliating manner denied me access, his arguments that my physical complexion and my characteristics were similar to those who tried to steal in the morning, I offered my identification, I asked to speak with the store manager and I only mention well I wasn't there in the morning but if my partner said it was you then you couldn't go in, what an unpleasant moment!

Pero desafortunadamente el personal no está capacitado para cumplir con las necesidades de los clientes.
Cuando te acercas a pagar lo que compraste nunca tienen canvio y te dejan esperando hasta que supuestamente paguen los demás que están formados.
Mientras tanto hay 2 cajas que sesupone deberían estar en servicio o al menos cuando se junta demaciado jente y párese que no les importa
Es muy desepcionante ver qué no funciona como debería.
Capacitar a sus empleados o buscar personal que en verdad tenga necesidad de trabajar y que sea amable.
It is supposed to be a serious and responsible establishment,
But unfortunately the staff is not trained to meet the needs of customers.
When you go to pay what you bought, they never have a change and they leave you waiting until the others who are lined up supposedly pay.
Meanwhile there are 2 boxes that are supposed to be in service or at least when too many people gather and it seems that they don't care
It is very disappointing to see what does not work as it should.
Train your employees or find staff who really need to work and who are friendly.
