Me gustaría saber; ¿para que ofrecen el servicio de retiro de efectivo? si tus empleadas jamas lo otorgan. Me toco esta vez a mi pero ahí siempre es lo mismo lamentablemente las personas se quejan en grupos de fb y no aquí donde puedes monitorear tu calificación.
" Administración" Si de verdad te interesa que piensan tus clientes o como fue el servicio visita tu sucursal o podrías impartir una capacitación para tu personal sobre servicio al cliente ? ?
Por que claramente están O capacitados para eso.
