★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser bodega express está surtida pero sus cajeras y personal en general mal servicio siempre que voy, creo que el más amable es el policía.
 To be an express warehouse, it is stocked but its cashiers and staff in general have poor service whenever I go, I think the most friendly is the police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las cajeras son muy groseras y nunca tienen cambio, te hacen esperar hasta 20min por tu cambio, ejemplo pague $67.00 pesos con un billete de $100 y me pregunto si tenía los 7.00 como le dije que no, se enojo y me dijo: "espere afuera ahorita le doy su cambio" hasta que fui molesta a recordarle, me los entregó de mala gana. PÉSIMA atención al cliente en esta Aurrera por parte de todo el personal, siempre andan de malas ó echando cotorreo entre ellos....
The cashiers are very rude and never have change, they make you wait up to 20 minutes for your change, for example I paid $67.00 pesos with a $100 bill and I wonder if I had the 7.00 as I told him no, he got angry and told me: "wait outside right now I'll give you your change" until I was annoyed to remind him, he gave them to me reluctantly. AWFUL customer service in this Aurrera by all the staff, they are always in a bad mood or chattering among themselves....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para comprar artículos sin tener que ir al súper más lejos, lo único malo son las personas que atienden. Siempre son descorteses, te contestan mal y ponen mala cara. Parece que se ponen de acuerdo y tod@s actúan así, hasta la chica que acaban de poner de policía ya lo hace también. Y en éstos tiempos de pandemia no te dejan entrar sin cubrebocas (obviamente) pero los empleados no ponen el ejemplo pues rara vez traen el cubrebocas o lo traen todo mal puesto, con la nariz descubierta o en la papada. ??♀️
It is a good place to buy items without having to go to the supermarket further away, the only bad thing is the people who serve. They are always rude, they answer you badly and they make a bad face. It seems that they agree and everyone acts like this, even the girl who has just been made a police officer already does it too. And in these times of pandemic they don't let you in without a mask (obviously) but the employees don't set an example because they rarely wear a mask or they wear everything wrong, with their nose uncovered or on their jowls. ??♀️
