★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed. They had NO cashiers only self check. In Mexico qhere people need jobs so desperately!!! No sackers and no taking our carts. When is enough profit for Walmart??? I wont go back unless i have no other options!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the Walmart of progreso the fruit and vegetables are limited to the essential. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. The washrooms are clean and free. Ps. You need to check your bags.

You will find a good selection of groceries as well as clothes for all ages...small selection of electronics and housewares..
For more variety everyone goes to Merida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bodega is my go to shopping place when I’m in town. Just a short ride from Chelem, they usually have all the essentials. Most definitely have the lowest prices compared to other grocery stores. What I can’t find their, I purchase at local markets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fresh produce and quite a variety of everything. My complaint is that the store is very unorganized. It was quite fun trying to figure out what everything was in the can goods because it was all in Spanish. I finally downloaded a translation app. Much easier then.
