★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very few cashiers are open and always seem to be understaffed. It seems to be the case for every aurrera. It is the consequences of shopping there.
The quality of service in this place is poor. There's basically no one for customer inquiries or to check your bag before you enter. Be ready to wait longer than you should, and that is before you go and pay for your item.

It is part of Wal-Mart group and Bodega Aurrerá sells the most from the group due to its target client, normally around the city in suburban areas. Bodega Aurreara Villas Otoch has not the best service, sometimes they do not have a smile for you, but if you complain about anything, they pay attention to your request. If you are around and you need some groceries, this is your spot, the prices are good and they have fruits, vegetables, chicken, beef, pork, bakery, clothes, shoes, cleaning products, kitchen items, dairy products and everything you need to fill up your fridge.
