★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El encargado de la Bodega Aurrera o al menos la persona que parecía el encargado el día 26/12/2018 , una persona muy deficiente y poco profesional, ya que como visitante a la tienda se espera que el personal cumpla con los requisitos minímos de atención al cliente en horarios laborales y no se ponga a platica con la "comadre, ahijado" etc.. o cualquier otra persona, y uno como cliente tenga que esperar a que lo atienda a pesar de que se le llame y se le diga "disculpe, ¿me puede atender?, y esta persona haga caso omiso, deberían de capacitar mejor al personal, que si bien el señor puede tener múltiples familiares, debería de hacer mejor su trabajo en horarios laborales.
 The manager of the Bodega Aurrera or at least the person who seemed to be the manager on 12/26/2018, a very poor and unprofessional person, since as a visitor to the store the staff is expected to meet the minimum requirements of attention to the client during working hours and do not talk with the "comadre, godchild" etc ... or any other person, and one as a client has to wait for him to attend to him even though he is called and said "excuse me Can you help me? And this person ignores them, they should better train the staff, that although the man may have multiple relatives, he should do his job better during working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo entiendo lo de las restricciones por la contingencia pero existe una señora güera gorda que esta en la entrada que la verdad deberían capacitarla en un curso de relaciones humanas que pésimo trato tienen hacia nosotros los clientes al igual que un señor chaparrito no tienen ni el minimo de sentido común si uno va a hacer el gasto a la tienda y de ahí sale su sueldo, ojala que pongan atención y capaciten mejor a esos 2 empleaduchos.
I understand the restrictions for the contingency but there is a fat lady who is at the entrance that the truth should train her in a course of human relations that dismal treatment clients have towards us, just as a short man does not have the minimum common sense if you are going to spend at the store and your salary comes from there, hopefully they pay attention and better train those 2 employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy frecuente. La tienda tiene sus fuertes y contras. Abren temprano (7am) y se apuran a acomodar la mercancía. Precios bajos, buena calidad pero mercancía limitada.
Filas en las cajas no hay mucho personal pero empleados te dan buen servicio. Limitado en espacio en pasillos igual la tienda no es tan grande.
Los baños necesitan mantenimiento aunque los visitantes no son tan agradecidos por los servicios gratuitos.
I frequent. The store has its strengths and cons. They open early (7am) and rush to accommodate the merchandise. Low prices, good quality but limited merchandise.
Rows in the boxes are not much staff but employees give you good service. Limited in aisle space, the store is not as big.
The bathrooms need maintenance although the visitors are not so grateful for the free services.

Nothing out of the ordinary is fine, only one problem usually sees only 1 or a maximum of 2 open boxes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algunas personas son muy amables, como los que están despachando el Jamón, o los que acomodan cosas en los pasillos, pero las Cajeras... Casi siempre tienen una cara y actitud nefasta, como si les debiéramos favores, por muy buena atención del resto, por culpa de ellas (y hasta eso no son todas) deja mucho que desear. Si no les gusta su trabajo, mejor dejen trabajar a quienes si lo valoran.
Some people are very friendly, like those who are dispatching the Ham, or those who arrange things in the corridors, but the Cashiers ... They almost always have a nefarious face and attitude, as if we owed them favors, for very good attention from the rest , because of them (and even that are not all) leaves much to be desired. If you don't like your job, better let those who value it work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bodega A. Is a Mexican Walmart. Prices are lower than regular Walmart. I shop there because I can find most of what I want, as far as groceries. I usually shop local market for veggies.
