★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es la peor empresa de distribución y atención al cliente que conozco! para ser exactos llevo 3 semanas llamándoles para que vengan a mi casa a surtirme los garrafones y es momento, es hora, es día, que no pueden venir. Si no me traen mis garrafones voy a hacer una denuncia en la Profeco porque tengo las llamadas grabadas con los nombres de los que me contestan!
This is the worst customer service and distribution company I know! To be exact, I've been calling them for 3 weeks to come to my house to fill me with the jugs and it's time, it's time, it's day, they can't come. If they don't bring me my jugs, I will file a complaint with Profeco because I have the calls recorded with the names of those who answer me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan varios dias en pasar, necesitan ser más constantes y trazar rutas, no tiene ningún sentido lo que hacen ya que pasan 3 dias seguidos y dejan de pasar 4 dias, lo cual es demasiado malo ya que deberian pasar un dia si un dia no, para ajustarse a las obvias necesidades de consumo de agua.
They take several days to pass, they need to be more constant and draw routes, it makes no sense what they do since they spend 3 days in a row and they stop spending 4 days, which is too bad since they should spend a day if one day not, to accommodate obvious water consumption needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malos los repartidores, le pides un garrafón y se hacen los que no te escucharon, y si te contestan luego no lo suben a un tercer o cuarto piso. El que viene aquí a Roma 257 en Versalles hace esa canallada de decirte que te la lleva y aquí los vecinos esperando a que la traigan y nunca sube el webon. Mejor trabajaremos con Bonafont que si las sube. Un pena que desprestigien su agua por culpa de estos malos repartidores, un uno de calificación.

Never experienced such a BAD level of customer service in my life. You wait days to get water delivered and half the time they don’t even show up. Literally the worst. They need to get their sh*t together!!!!
