★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención de esta empresa, ellos son los que deben entregar el material comprado, pero no, es el cliente quien debe irlo a buscar a su bodega si tiene la urgencia y la necesidad. Mala atención en sus procesos de venta, de entrega porque a pesar de haberlo pagado venden el poco stock que tienen. Y para resurtir son de 20 a 25 días hábiles. Pésimo servicio!
Very bad attention from this company, they are the ones who must deliver the purchased material, but no, it is the customer who must go to their warehouse to pick it up if they have the urgency and need. Poor attention in their sales processes, delivery because despite having paid, they sell what little stock they have. And to refill they are 20 to 25 business days. Terrible service!
