J	Jean Sloww on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, han tenido mis envíos y pocas veces los han entregado, he tenido que ir a recogerlos hasta la bodega, y en ocasiones no los tienen ahí y tienes que dar más vueltas, mis envíos han llegado desde 2 o 3 días antes y solo ponen la excepción de que no pudieron realizar el envío hasta mi casa, que ocupo pasar a recogerlo, y todavía me condicionan que tengo 5 días hábiles para pasar por ellos, sin contemplar si tengo o no disponibilidad para pasar por ellos por los horarios de trabajo... En fin... Más de esos problemas y atención muy pobre la verdad. ? J	Jose Cibrian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de Fed Ex en general, primero supuestamente trataron de entregar el paquete tres veces sin dejar ningún tipo de aviso y al llamar al 1-800 me dijeron que tenia que pasar a recoger el paquete en la bodega de la Jalisco. En la bodega el guardia de seguridad me dijo que ahi no entregan paquetes y que tengo que volver a llamar al 1-800 para re programar la entrega. En serio?
