★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera dar menos calificación, lo haría, pésimo servicio, encargue unas lámparas y quedaron tenerlas en una semana, el día que fui, me dijeron que no las tenían, que llamara para ver cuando llegarían, el día que llame, me transferían la llamada y colgaban, además que tardaban años en contestar.
tres semanas tardaron en decirme que ya habían llegado las lámparas, fui por ellas y me comentaron que no las tenían, que había habido un "problema" en almacén, terminé por ir a buscarlas a otro lugar.
If I could give a lower rating, I would do it, terrible service, I ordered some lamps and they had them in a week, the day I went, they told me they did not have them, to call to see when they would arrive, the day I call, they transferred the call to me and they hung up, plus they took years to answer.
It took three weeks for them to tell me that the lamps had already arrived, I went for them and they told me that they did not have them, that there had been a "problem" in the warehouse, I ended up looking for them elsewhere.
