Mercancía en pésimo estado.
Te mandan una mercancía por otra
Te la entregan a la hora que se les da la gana
Te hacen que los esperes hasta las nueve y pico de la noche y de todos modos no llegan.
Y luego te cancelan el pedido y todavía te hechan la culpa a ti y te castigan sin surtir te porque según cancelaste pedido
Y el soporte pésimo nada que te resuelve
Solo se hechan la culpa uno al otro y no te resuelven nada
Terrible service
Merchandise in terrible condition.
They send you one merchandise for another
They deliver it to you at the time they want
They make you wait for them until nine-something at night and they don't come anyway.
And then they cancel the order and they still blame you and punish you without supplying you because according to you canceled the order
And the lousy support nothing that solves you
They just blame each other and they don't solve anything for you
