No te muestra nada, todo lo que preguntas no lo tiene aunque lo estes viendo en el mostrador. Además de esto pregunté con anticipación si tenían disponibles ciertas cosas, dijeron que sí... Llegando ahí resultó que se tenían que pedir con anticipación..mejor no contesten su whats si van a dar mala información... Pesimo servicio..crean varios face para que la gente vea puros comentarios positivos, en verdad gente si van a comprar ahi investiguen bien la tienda, no hagan depositos porque luego mandan lo que se les da su gana!
Terrible staff, starting with what was on the cell phone, all rude, I think they are not interested in selling. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio en línea. Si van a hacer un pedido mejor busquen otro lugar donde haya más formalidad. No dan seguimiento a los pedidos, tardan muchísimo en enviar los productos. Dan largas y largas. Y cuando se les acaban los pretextos te dejan en visto en WhatsApp. Pésimo, pésimo servicio. Evitense malos momentos y mejor compren en otro lugar. Borran los comentarios y bloquean a los que les dejan malas reseñas en Instagram y fb. Y aquí solo dejan buenos comentarios los dueños, los de apellido Zimbron. Busquen otras opciones, definitivamente está tienda tiene un pésimo servicio.

Pienso si fuera más amplio el local, se beneficiarían vendedor y cliente porque uno pasa con dificultad entre las cosas. Me hubiera gustado encontrar más cosas pensadas para nosotras las mujeres: cintos más delgados y algunos piteados, blusas, sombreros, carteras. Un área especial. Los chicos que atienden son amables y serviciales, sin embargo al dueño le falta ser un poquito más amable.
You can find hats, boots, belts, saddles and other things in leather of good price and quality. I think if the premises were larger, the seller and the customer would benefit because one passes with difficulty between things. I would have liked to find more things designed for us women: thinner belts and some whistles, blouses, hats, purses. A special area. The guys who serve are friendly and helpful, however the owner needs to be a little more friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a shearling leather jacket XL I received a Large with a black marker stain in side that’s not all to make things worse!!! the customer service is terrible PayPal couldn’t do anything about it but they were quick to respond to PayPal saying that they will reimburse my money once they receive the item knowing that the shipping cost is outrageous I mean 134.00... Bodega Tiendacharra you should be a shame of how you treat your customers knowing you sent out the wrong size you should take responsibility never again will I do business with store So if you’re seeing this review save your money and go elsewhere they will probably do the same to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the product was beautiful, they were the completely wrong color from what I had requested. To make matters worse, I bought 10 belts and all were made in the wrong color scheme. I had even sent a picture of the colors I wanted and they were no where near close to matching. They tried to tell me that they cannot match colors exactly which I completely understand, but they sent me orange and black which is no where near close to the cream and black colors that I originally requested. They did not make any effort to correct matters either so for that reason I give this rating.
