★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola sinceramente el trato fue muy desagradable, ya que la recepcionista o encargada (gorda peliteñida), para solicitar material es muy pedante y altanera a la hora de atender, desde el momento en que ingresas ni un buenas tardes o buen día te da, ademas de eso no manda lo que le solicitas, y ni siquiera deja que le preguntes, y ni una disculpa da por su ineptitud y falta de servicio al cliente, ademas de ello no importa así hayas comprado muchas toneladas simplemente se niega a enviar el producto, lastima de lugar ya que los precios son buenos y los jóvenes que ahí laboran son muy amables con excepción de esta mujer que es la imagen y el primer contacto de este lugar, por personas como ella este país y las empresas no avanzan y seguramente por su mal servicio no dudo haya fuga de clientes.

Llegamos y la recepcionista hablando por teléfono a carcajadas, nos atendió mucho después que colgó con alguien que, definitivamente por el tipo de conversación, no era cliente (al rededor de 9 min). Para entregarnos otro problema... Mal quedados en días y tiempos. Hablas para ver qué pasa, saludas con un Buenas tardes y lo único que contestan es un: hey, ajá. Ni un Buenas tardes ni un saludo... Nada.
Como tip... Se llama educación y atención al cliente.
