★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve muy mala experiencia. Hablé para rentar, ya llevaba el camión con mis cosas y resulta ser que el nombre de Vallarta solo está de adorno porque están ubicados en Mezcales.
 I had a very bad experience. I spoke to rent, I was already taking the truck with my things and it turns out that the name of Vallarta is only for decoration because they are located in Mezcales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I keep my boat here. Very happy. The price is fair, the security is very tight and they stay on top of things well related to your storage. For example, i had to have some work done on the boat and they were very on top of the authorization form. Both friendly and good responsive communication. Was also able to have a worker wash down the boat in advance for a fair tip. Good example of the best of Mexican service mindset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Update. I had originally given 4 stars because of how smooth the reservation process went. I made a reservation request for storage and was promtly given a quote and confirmation. We arrived with a day to spare to park our motorhome before a flight out of PVR. I was told they have no available space. Kind of like a Seinfeld episode. They can take the reservation but cannot hold the reservation. Do not depend on Bodegas Vallarta. We ended up using the boat dry dock storage at Marina Vallarta. Unfortunately I have to select 1 star but they don't even deserve that.
