★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y servicio por parte del personal en la clínica, solo aconsejaría mejorar su servicio al cliente por teléfono o por WhatsApp, a veces no se les da seguimiento incluso si deseas sacar una cita o resolver dudas.
 Good attention and service from the staff at the clinic, I would only advise improving your customer service by phone or WhatsApp, sometimes they are not followed up even if you want to make an appointment or answer questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, prometen consulta de dos horas y te corren a la hora, no te mandan la dieta, no te evalúan con inbody que prometen. Te cobran más de lo señalado en el sitio web. Son fraude. Te quejas en facebook y te bloquean. Afortunadamente en google no te pueden bloquear.
Bad experience, they promise a two-hour consultation and they run you on the hour, they don't send you the diet, they don't evaluate you with inbody they promise. They charge you more than what is stated on the website. They are fraud. You complain on facebook and they block you. Fortunately, google cannot block you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un fraude. Dicen que la consulta inicial es de 2 horas y solo es de una. No te dan la dieta, quedan de mandarla y ya paso más de una semana. Ya volvi a escribir para pedirla y quedan en mandarla y nada. Anuncian medición por sistema inBody y no es verdad. Te dicen que la consulta es de 1200 y resulta que es de 1250 pesos. Reserve con más de 5 días de anticipación mi cita y justo el dia previo piden que deposites 500 pesos para la consulta. No caigan en este fraude.
They are a fraud. They say that the initial consultation is 2 hours and it is only one hour. They do not give you the diet, they are still to send it and more than a week has passed. I have already written to ask for it and they agree to send it and nothing. They advertise measurement by inBody system and it is not true. They tell you that the query is 1200 and it turns out that it is 1250 pesos. Book my appointment more than 5 days in advance and just the day before they ask you to deposit 500 pesos for the consultation. Do not fall for this fraud.

NO ACUDAN a este lugar, desafortunadamente cai aquí y NO CUMPLEN lo que prometen, yo pagué por depilación láser de 1/2 cara y llevo desde mayo de 2021 (1 sesión por mes) y aun me sigue saliendo bello, además solo te agendan las citas mientras terminas de pagar, después te ignoran y tú los tienes que estar buscando.

DO NOT GO to this place, unfortunately I fell here and they DO NOT FULFILL what they promise, I paid for 1/2-sided laser hair removal and have been since May 2021 (1 session per month) and it still looks beautiful, besides they only schedule the dates while you finish paying, then they ignore you and you have to be looking for them.
