★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lo peor del mundo jamas se comunican contigo para darte status de tu vehículo y cuando logras enlazar una llamada tu con ellos te salen con mentiras solo para dar mas tiempo. En mi experiencia llevo 2 meses sin vehículo por el poco profesionalismo de estas personas y sin el sentido de la urgencia. Definitivamente lo peor de lo peor.
 Terrible service, the worst in the world never communicate with you to give you the status of your vehicle and when you manage to link a call you with them they come out with lies just to give more time. In my experience I have been without a vehicle for 2 months due to the unprofessionalism of these people and without the sense of urgency. Definitely the worst of the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, quiero expresar mi GRAN molestia con este taller, que se dice ser muy profesional, atento y de muy buena calidad.
Tengo casi 4 meses esperando que me den mi carro y solamente me traen a base de mentiras y largas esperas, la persona que me atiende parecer ser muy amable y atento a las indicaciones, sin embargo es todo lo contrario, NO CONTESTAN EL TELÉFONO, LARGAS Y MAS LARGAS, MENTIRAS y el carro COMPLETAMENTE SUCIO por los trabajadores tanto por dentro como por fuera. Ojala TODO el TIEMPO que a estan los carros dentro del taller, valiera la pena PERO NO.
No le doy menos estrellas por que no se puede, ES EL PEOR TALLER QUE LAS AGENCIAS PUEDEN TENER.
Good afternoon, I want to express my GREAT discomfort with this workshop, which is said to be very professional, attentive and of very good quality.
I have almost 4 months waiting for them to give me my car and they only bring me based on lies and long waits, the person who attends me seems to be very friendly and attentive to the instructions, however it is the opposite, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, LONG AND LONGER, LIES and the car COMPLETELY DIRTY by the workers both inside and out. Hopefully ALL the TIME that the cars are inside the workshop, it would be worth it BUT NOT.
I don't give it less stars because it can't be done, IT IS THE WORST WORKSHOP AGENCIES CAN HAVE.

Slow service and they make you go several times ... I've already been 3, I've run out of a car several times several days, and it's still missing because the pieces don't arrive
