Ni los usuarios usan toallas ni limpian aparatos después de usarse. La recepcionista de la tarde le falta mucho servicio al cliente, a veces le saludas y no responde. Creo podrían pedirle les ayude a limpiar aparatos, o estar atenta a qué los usuarios limpien sus aparatos después de usarlos y usen cubrebocas, todo el tiempo está sentada. 20 min antes del cierre le baja a la música, lo cual desmotiva terminar tu rutina sin música ? no se porque le baja, con música o sin música todos sabemos que la hora de cierre es a Las 10? lo único rescatable es que los instructores son amables.
Very dirty, I never observed anyone cleaning the gym, I think they do not have cleaning staff or if they do it is only occasional. Neither users use towels nor clean appliances after use. The evening receptionist lacks a lot of customer service, sometimes you say hello and she is unresponsive. I think they could ask her to help them clean appliances, or watch out for users to clean their appliances after using them and wear face masks, all the time she is sitting. 20 min before closing the music turns down, which demotivates ending your routine without music ? I don't know why it turns down, with music or without music we all know that the closing time is at 10 o'clock, the only redeemable thing is that the instructors they are friendly.
