After 10 paid sessions taken between last year and the beginning of this year, the lack of training and professionalism on the part of your staff, I did not notice any progress on my face. I went to ask for information, paid a promotion and communication is through WhatsApp. Problem 1: For my first session, they tell me that if I am not taking any vitamins, medications, etc. In addition to the fact that they do not indicate in detail the medications/multivitamins or whatever and I sent a photo of what I was taking and the one who answered told me that there was no problem. I go to the session and they tell me that they can't do the treatment because there was a vitamin in my multivitamin that could stain me or do some kind of "damage" when it came into contact with the laser, which was terrible because they didn't even notice in the information that is sent to them and they are not even trained, since the same person does not answer you but someone different and they spent time and money. Problem 2: High turnover of staff and who attends to you. I don't know if it is a problem of this branch or franchise, but someone different always attended me, therefore, the laser procedure was not standardized. One day you could have penciled your eyebrows, moles, lips, etc. and another did not, another added gel and another put the cold compress first and then the gel, one gave you certain pulsations in that area and another did not. In addition to not paying attention to the area to be waxed (mainly my sideburns) and later they asked me where I had more hair and I mentioned the areas. This is not so much of a problem but it is uncomfortable; the place is small and sometimes it happened that at certain times it began to fill up. In short, I would not recommend this place for laser hair removal. Also, I don't know if they have to tell you (I saw it in a recent comment) that after "x" number of sessions you start to see results or what, since at least they didn't tell me that. I understand that age, skin tone, hormonal changes, etc., are factors that come into play when it comes to seeing results.
