No mal gasten su dinero aquí son sumamente groseras todas y en 5 meses llevo 18 personas diferentes porqie no dejan de cambiar al personal pero ni una sola tiene buena actitud. El servicio en si de la depilación por ese precio hay en más lugares pero de verdad no vale la pena aquí con tanta mala cara y majadería.
Terrible attention and I have not seen results after 15 sessions. Do not waste your money here, they are all extremely rude and in 5 months I have 18 different people because they do not stop changing the staff but not a single one has a good attitude. The service itself of the waxing for that price is in more places but it really is not worth it here with so much bad face and nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Cerraron la sucursal de Insurgentes sin previo aviso. Nadie se comunico con los usuarios. Tenemos que andar preguntando que pasará con los paquetes que previamente liquidamos y no se tomaron. Cancelaron número telefónico, WhatsApp, Messenger, correo y nadie se responsabiliza, nadie da la cara, nadie resuelve. Finalmente la pérdida ($ invertido) debe absorberlo el cliente sin importarles. Simplemente cerraron y ya.
Terrible experience. They closed the Insurgentes branch without prior notice. No one communicated with users. We have to keep asking what will happen to the packages that we previously liquidated and were not taken. They canceled phone number, WhatsApp, Messenger, mail and no one is responsible, no one shows their face, no one resolves. Finally, the loss ($ invested) must be absorbed by the client without caring. They just closed and that's it.
