I got a facial, manicure, and massage. I loved the experience. Addy is amazing and very attentive.

Exceptional experience. Beautiful spa, very relaxing atmosphere. I was attended by two skilled ladies who pampered me with a beautiful mani & pedi. My cuticles have never looked so good. The gellish polish is beautiful. The receptionist spoke English (not necessary but helpful). I only wish I had also scheduled a message.

One of the best massages we've had in quite some time. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. Most of the front office staff speak English. Unlike some of the other spas my wife and I have tried in the area, we got a really good deep tissue massage here. Ask for Cynthia: she was amazing! We'll definitely be back here again soon.

The atmosphere is wonderful and very relaxing. The customer service was ok. Anytime you visit a foreign country and don’t speak the language fluently you should expect a little uneasiness. Having travelled to numerous foreign countries it is understood that “body language” is universal. (Example a friendly smile is a friendly smile.) With that being said there seemed to be an uneasiness throughout the entire experience. The staff is young and did an adequate massage. I have thick body mass and requested a deep tissue massage. This Spa came highly recommended, therefore I expected more than a light rub massage. To be fair another person may find the massage to be great, but my rating of three stars is based on the following average: location appearance 4 stars, customer service 2 stars and services provided 2 stars.

Good massage salon. In my view only come here if you have enough time (from the center it takes a good 30 minutes by car/taxi). The staff is attentive and friendly. We chose the 60 minute massage for which we had to prepay 50% when we made the reservation (through PayPal). We liked the service, the clean spa and the massage was okay too. All in all, we would have hoped for a little more attention to detail (maybe some tea in the end, being able to shower after the massage - we got provided with wet towels to rub the oil off, after asking for it with). Not for the budget traveller for sure.

Nice and clean location , good customer service For Mexico the price is kind of high but when you come from US of course is very affordable Cinthia is the best doing the manicure I didn’t like that I didn’t know the products the used in the facial, they said is organic but I didn’t see any brand. I had a facial and my daughter at the same time and it was great, she is 8 years old and she paid just like an adult Seems to be the best option in Merida
