The oversized patio doors open right up giving both a beautiful view of the forest and allowing the ocean breezes in. Walking distance to a supermarket, several restaurants and cafes. This is the second night spent here and I'm having a great time.

And even good dinning Two blocks away. The accommodations and service from the staff were excellent. Thank you. Great long vacation :)

D	Daniel Burgmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was not stocked when we arrived (no toilet paper, shampoo, no batteries in AC remotes etc.), the door was broken (we could not lock the apartment properly), worms in a kitchen cabinet and big water damages in different parts of the apartment. Issues continued throughout our stay: sometimes no running water, A/C started dripping to an enormous extend making it unusable & unbearable smell in the bathroom. While we were promised that everything gets fixed after reaching out, the hosts stopped being responsive the next day. Most of the things were never fixed, and even the Door (security issue) took them 3 days to take care of.

A lot of things were seriously wrong with the place: There were water damages all over different parts of the floor, worms in the cabinet, the door was not locking properly and we felt very unsafe. Also the promised supplies were missing, there weren't even batteries in the AC remote controls so we couldn't use it until we bought them ourselves and then once we turned the AC on it started dripping and flooding the room. One of the bathrooms had a terrible smell to it and the toilet brush looked disgusting! This was definitely not a luxury stay as advertised on the website. The hosts were very unhelpful and it took them days to even fix the most urgent things. Most of the things were never fixed and at some point they just stopped responding.
J	Jen McLachlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luum Hideaway 01 is a great apartment in a great location but we were really disappointed to arrive and find a construction site immediately adjacent to the apartment (like 2 feet away). We did negotiate with the owner but in the end were given a $41 reduction off the total fee of $2,100. I wouldn't have posted this review if there had been a more reasonable concession but do be aware that this construction has been going on for three years and looks like it could easily take another three. I'd either negotiate a lower fee or look on google satellite view for somewhere less close to the endless construction going on in Aldea Zama.
