EN Compre un par de boletos y desde el día 1 me di cuenta que se registró mal mi correo (es al único lugar donde se supone me los enviarían) y aún que al principio me contestaron (al segundo intento) Ya después definitivamente les valió NUNCA me atendieron y aún que la página explica que mandes un correo con tu info NADIE CONTESTA.
 Any event DO NOT BUY WITH THEM OR BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN REGISTERING.
EN I bought a couple of tickets and from day 1 I realized that my email was registered incorrectly (it is the only place where they were supposed to be sent to me) and even that at first they answered me (on the second attempt) After that, it was definitely worth NEVER They attended me and even though the page explains that you send an email with your info, NO ONE ANSWERED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al igual que la gran mayoría de comentarios no realizan reembolsos, en sus teléfonos NUNCA contestan puedes estar media hora y no responden, NUNCA responden los correo y lamentablemente de los reembolsos no hablemos, EVITEN COMPRAR BOLETOS CON BOLETIA en verdad!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nadie da respuesta ni por correo ni por redes sociales. No recomiendo comprar boletos con esta empresa, pues aunque su sitio es el que falla, no tienen servicio al cliente. En su pagina de Internet me dice que el banco rechazo el pago, pero el banco me esta cobrando el pago de los boletos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. La posibilidad de ser estafado comprando con esta plataforma es alta. Tengo eventos cancelados donde el organizador confirma que hará el reembolso y Boletia dice que puede tomar semanas porque tiene que verificar. Cuando ellos tienen la base de datos con los compradores y cuentas, deberían ser capaces de hacer la devolución automáticamente. En cambio intercambias mails con ellos, con semanas de por medio entre las respuestas y para hacer el reembolso te gosthean.
Terrible customer service. The possibility of being scammed buying with this platform is high. I have canceled events where the organizer confirms that they will refund and Boletia says it can take weeks because they have to verify. When they have the database with the buyers and accounts, they should be able to make the return automatically. Instead you exchange emails with them, with weeks between responses and gosthean to make the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención y solución a problemas y dudas por mejorar ya que sólo se puede contactar por correo o redes sociales en donde demoran en responder. Las compras son rápidas y efectivas. Me gustaría que informaran sobre la disponibilidad de eventos o si ya no están disponibles, que los borren de la lista porque no tiene caso.
Además, cobran un monto extra, en mi caso de 66 pesos al costo del ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unas ratas de primera, llevo como 6 correos haciendoles un reclamo con todo y evidencias de un cargo doble que se me hizo por un boleto de un evento en querétaro el 30 de marzo y no contestan, lastima que por $850 se tengan que quemar, eviten sus eventos como recomendación es de lo peor, nunca había pasado así con una agencia de boletos. Haber si aquí si responden.
They are top-notch rats, I've been making a claim for about 6 emails with everything and evidence of a double charge that was made to me for a ticket to an event in Querétaro on March 30 and they don't answer, it's a shame that for $850 they have to burn, avoid their events as a recommendation is the worst, it had never happened like this with a ticket agency. Mío y claro que ya lo di por perdido sin embargo da coraje ver cuánta gente estafan. Y comentó aquí para presionar , y que algún día la ley se haga cargo de los administrativos de esta plataforma. NO COMPREN BOLETOS DE LOS EVENTOS DE BOLETIA. Cancelan y no reembolsan o incluso no mandan el boleto después de realizado el pago.
