★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el proceso de compra, deberian tener mas personas para dar el servicio, la sucursal de plaza sendero cerro a las 6 en punto y no le importo la gente que tenia horas formados, fue pura perdidamde tiempo.
Very slow the purchase process, they should have more people to give the service, the branch of plaza cerro at 6 o'clock and did not care about the people who had hours trained, it was pure waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían cuidar un poco la hora de apertura y abrir en punto. Si van a ofrecer un servicio en línea para luego respaldarse diciendo que el servicio está caído por el tráfico de los usuarios, mejor no ofrezcan nada hasta poder manejar el tráfico.
They should take care of the opening time a little and open sharp. If they are going to offer an online service and then back up by saying that the service is down because of user traffic, they better not offer anything until they can handle the traffic.
