I bought a membership because they offered me 25 km of free luggage and they didn't make it valid. They brought me like a ball and they didn't solve anything for me! I already travel and they don't even allow me to cancel !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato a personas con uso de muletas o sillas de ruedas, sobre todo de Puebla a Cancún. Las aeromozas y las señoritas del mostrador no estan capacitadas, son groseras y no tienen sentido común para ayudar a personas de la 3a edad o señoras con bebés cero educación
Terrible treatment of people with the use of crutches or wheelchairs, especially from Puebla to Cancun. The flight attendants and the ladies at the counter are not trained, they are rude and have no common sense to help elderly people or ladies with babies zero education
