★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, son amables solamente cuando quieren venderte un producto, mi guitarra salió con problemas en las pastillas, la lleve para pedir la garantía y me trataron de manera muy déspota. Se deslindan cuando sus productos salen mal.
 Bad experience, they are kind only when they want to sell you a product, my guitar came out with pickup problems, I took it to ask for the guarantee and they treated me in a very despotic way. They demarcate when their products go wrong.

Compré para mi hijo su primer guitarra eléctrica y la atención fue de inicio cálida y atenta, pero resultó que la guitarra comenzó a trastear al otro día y regresamos a los dos días pensando que posiblemente bastaría con un ajuste. La intentaron ajustar en el momento y no quedaba y la dejamos. Llamé antes de recogerla y me aseguraron que ya estaba lista pero cuando fuimos seguía trasteando, así que el empleado aseguró que nosotros le habíamos cambiamos piezas y por lo tanto ya había perdido la garantía. Puedo entender que no tienen el servicio de lutier y que de principio intentaron hacer lo que estuvo en sus posibilidades, pero acusarnos de mentirosos y asegurar que estaba bien para ya no hacer efectiva la pobre garantía que dan de 30 días, eso sí me pareció muy nefasto del servicio, mejor que digan que no pueden. Días después regresé a comprar el bajo eléctrico de mi otro hijo y obviamente no lo compré aquí y mucho menos los recomiendo. ??????
Bad experience. I bought my son his first electric guitar and the attention was initially warm and attentive, but it turned out that the guitar started to tinker the next day and we returned two days later thinking that possibly an adjustment would be enough. They tried to adjust it on the spot and it didn't fit and we left it. I called before picking it up and they assured me that it was ready but when we went, it was still tinkering, so the employee assured that we had changed parts and therefore had already lost the warranty. I can understand that they do not have the service of a luthier and that at first they tried to do what they could, but accuse us of liars and assure that it was okay to no longer make effective the poor guarantee they give of 30 days, that did seem very nefarious service, better say they can not. Days later I went back to buy my other son's electric bass and obviously I didn't buy it here, much less recommend them. ??????

Una experiencia terrible !
Compre varias cosas incluyendo una guitarra y súper amables, resultó que la guitarra estaba mal y se le despegaron unas piezas por dentro entre varias cosas , fuimos a la garantía y todos súper groseros y déspotas, me negaron la garantía y solo me decían que la dejara y veían que podían hacer, al ver su descontento les pedí que me la cambiaran y se negaron , insultaron a mi papá que me acompañó, nos trataron muy mal, hasta que salió una tipa muy déspota según la encargada y después de horas ahí logramos que la cambiaran! , nos aguantamos insultos, malos tratos, incluidos los de la tipa que salió , logramos la cambiaran pero descubrimos que mucha gente es estafada así por estos tipos , si hubiera leído antes las reseñas de Google jamás habría.co.prado ahí!!

A terrible experience!
I bought several things including a guitar and super nice, it turned out that the guitar was bad and some parts came off inside among several things, we went to the guarantee and all super rude and despotic, they denied me the guarantee and only told me to leave it and they saw what they could do, seeing their discontent I asked them to change it for me and they refused, they insulted my father who accompanied me, they treated us very badly, until a very despotic woman came out according to the manager and after hours we managed to they will change it! , We put up with insults, mistreatment, including those of the girl who came out, we managed to change her but we discovered that many people are scammed like that by these guys, if they had read the Google reviews before they would never have bought there !!
