★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue mala. Tienen un pesimo servicio al cliente, ya que nunca se me notifico cuando tendria que liquidar el restante para que me enviaran mi producto. Yo tuve que estar indagando para que me lo enviaran. Un mes despues que hice el pedido y aun no me ha llegado. No los recomiendo.
My experience was bad. They have a terrible customer service, since I was never notified when I would have to pay the remainder for my product to be sent to me. I had to be inquiring for it to be sent to me. One month after I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived. I do not recommend them.

En lo personal hice un pedido de bolsas para una expo y todo salió en tiempo, a pesar de que tuvimos un incidente que no era su responsabilidad, la atención y seguimiento de Ivonne y David, fue excelente me reimprimieron y me entregaron el mismo día.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambian los precios a su antojo, y te avisan de último minuto, cuando ya te van a cobrar siendo que al principio te dicen otros precios. Además, los de diseño son sumamente lentos, llevan casi 15 días y no me han podido mandar la muestra digital de un simple diseño. No se comunican con el cliente para dar seguimiento o hacer saber por qué tardan tanto simplemente desaparecen. Tampoco prestan atención a los requerimientos o necesidades que hace el cliente para el diseño de las bolsas mostrando errores en las bolsas.
Sus empleados y su propio equipo son los que dejan valoraciones “positivas” para contrarrestar lo negativo de las reseñas de sus verdaderos clientes.

In addition, the design ones are extremely slow, they have been almost 15 days and they have not been able to send me the digital sample of a simple design. They don't contact the customer to follow up or let them know why it's taking so long, they just disappear. Nor do they pay attention to the requirements or needs that the client makes for the design of the bags, showing errors in the bags.
