Desafortunadamente no contaban con 3 de los 5 productos que requeria, tienen pococ personal, por lo cual la atencion fue muy tardada y a los chicos que te brindan la informacion no conocian los precios. Por eso creo que pude ser mejor ya que tienen variedad en su muestrario y creo que se requiere un poco mas de capacitacion al personal para la atencion al cliente. En lo personal acudo para realizar compra de tornillos ,brocas, abrazaderas etc etc que llegas a ocupar para reparaciones en casa es mucho más económico comprar aquí que en alguna ferretería de tu localidad ya que el ciento de tornillo los puedes encontrar Ej. En 30 pesos y en la ferretería te vende hasta en 7 pesos cada uno aprox o más. Recuerda revisar bien tu mercancía ya que no hay cambios ni devoluciones.
